PROCESS OF PURCHASE
1. Visit our store and select the item you want to purchase.
Once you have made your purchase, you can go to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon and proceed with the payment process.
2. Select a country and city to calculate your shipping costs (free for Spain)
Make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly.
3. Choose your payment method (credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer) and confirm your order.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive the invoice and proof of payment by email.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Is it safe to pay at Mimeyco?
We use a “secure payment” system: the encrypted exchange of data using SSL protocol. Payments by credit card are made through the Stripe system, one of the most innovative and secure online payment systems in the market. We do not store any credit card data on our server, thus protecting the privacy of each client.
Estimated delivery time:
2 to 4 working days peninsular territory.
4 to 7 business days for destinations within the European Union
7 to 10 business days for destinations outside the European Union.
We use express delivery service at home delivery for domestic and European shipments. For international and non-European orders, the message service may vary depending on the country of destination.
Remember that if you make the payment by bank transfer, we will proceed to send your order once we have received the payment. To expedite the process, you can send the payment receipt to email@example.com
If you are not in your home / workplace to receive the delivery of your package, the carrier will contact you by phone to set a new delivery date. If both the 1st and 2nd attempts are not delivered, we will contact you and the transport company to make delivery of your Mimeyco bag as soon as possible.
Unfortunately no deliveries are made on holidays, in which case you will have to wait until the next business day.

International Destinations: 30 EUR
Please note that in non-European and international destinations it is possible for the recipient to pay customs fees for the reception of the package.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
At Mimeyco we want the customer to feel 100% satisfied with their product. You have a period of 15 days from the reception of the article for changes and returns.
To proceed with the return of a product that you have bought in our online store, please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what is the item to return and your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible indicating the steps to follow to make the return or change.
Please note that in order to make a change or return the product must not be used and must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. The item must be returned in its original condition, can not be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, their original original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.
In order to return or exchange a Mimeyco item you just have to contact your preferred courier or Post Office and ship the item. Shipping costs will be payed by the client who wishes to place the return.
The shipping costs of the order will only be refunded in case of defective or incorrect products.
How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the payment within a maximum period of 10 days. Please note the shipping costs corresponding to the order will not be refunded.
